Georgia rallies to erase a 17-9 deficit and then stops a late Ole Miss drive for a tying FG. Terreal Bierria picks off Romaro Miller inside the Bulldogs' 20 with just over 4 minutes remaining and then Georgia runs out the clock.

The Bulldogs tied the game early in the 4th quarter when Quincy Carter hits Terrence Edwards for a 3-yard TD pass and then follows with a 2-point conversion to Michael Greer. Georgia takes the lead for good on Hap Hines' 48-yard FG.
