Notre Dame dominates the 2nd half after a late surge by Kansas draws the Jayhawks within 20-13 at the half. Tony Fisher rushes for 111 yards and 2 TDs, the first helping the Irish take a 27-13 lead early in the 3rd quarter.

Anthony Denman returns a fumble 31 yards for a TD and 34-13 lead in the 3rd quarter. Fisher later adds a 46-yard TD run in the 4th quarter.
