Down 28-7 at halftime, Kansas State dominates the second half after being sparked by a 94-yard punt return for a score by David Allen. Backup QB Adam Helm runs for a pair of TDs and leads 3 long TD drives after replacing starter Jonathan Beasley.

Iowa State had rolled to the first half lead behind Darren Davis, who rushes for 131 yards and 2 TDs in the 1st half. But Davis is held to just 31 yards in the 2nd half by the Wildcats.
