Wolfpack become special to upset the #16 Longhorns 23-20.

N.C. State gets 2 TDs and a safety off of blocked punts to stun Texas. Terrance Holt blocks a pair of punts in the 4th quarter, both resulting in TDs as the Wolfpack rallies for the win.

The Longhorns used an early turnover to build a 10-0 lead, and after N.C. State's lone offensive TD, Eric Leak blocks a punt that rolls through the end zone cutting the deficit to 10-9. Texas stretches the lead to 17-9, but Holt's 1st block is returned for a TD by Tony Scott cutting the deficit to 17-15. With Texas nursing a 20-15 lead, Holt blocks another and Leak returns it for the winning TD.
