A week after erasing a 28-0 deficit to beat Boston College, Miami is down by 13 twice before scoring the final 21 to beat West Virginia. Kenny Kelly overcomes a horrid 1st half to throw for 268 yards and 2 TDs.

Kelly starts the comeback with an 8-yard TD pass to Bubba Franks and then follows with a 9-yarder to Clinton Portis. Portis rushes for 107 yards and adds a 1-yard TD run to stretch the lead to 28-20.
