New Jersey rallies, withstands New York's rally to win 21-14.

The Garden State all-stars erase a 14-0 deficit, and then win after Evan Rodriguez (West Virginia) picks a final toss into the end zone by New York's Terrance Schmand (William & Mary) on the final play. Mike Gerardi (Temple) gives New Jersey the lead, hitting Michael Campbell (Temple) for a 13-yard TD pass and then again for a 2-point conversion in the 4th quarter.

Curtis Underwood (N.C. State) had put New York ahead first with an 8-yard TD run, and then David Legree (Syracuse) connects with Freddie Santana (Holy Cross) for a 39-yard TD pass. New Jersey gets on the board when Adonis Thomas (Toledo) burst free for a 60-yard TD run and then Chris Johnson (Boston College) finds Mike Daniels with a 3-yard TD pass. However, Obi Ezemma (Buffalo) blocks the PAT to preserve a 14-13 lead for New York.
