Glades Day Gators roll over North Florida Christian 42-9 for their 5th state title.

Glades Day rushes for 317 yards and dominates the Eagles behind Nate Brinkley and Cedric Taylor. Brinkley rushes for 154 yards and 2 TDs on 9 carries, while Taylor gains 113 yards on 7 carries. Taylor's 78-yard TD in the 1st quarter opens a 21-3 lead.

Brinkley also adds a 40-yard TD reception from receiver Anthony Nelson (Hofstra).

North Florida Christian gets its only TD on an 8-yard TD pass from Chris Walley (Norfolk State) to Darrius McQueen (Elon). The Eagles also include sophomore LB/RB Cody Ledford (Tulane).
