Pahokee Blue Devils exact revenge with a 25-11 win over Trinity Catholic.

A year after the Celtics held off a late rally by Pahokee to capture the state title, the Blue Devils convert big plays into victory. Junior Anthony Sheppard (Western Kentucky) tosses 3 TDs to lead Pahokee, over-shadowing John Brantley (Florida) who goes 12-of-28 for 176 yards in his final game for Trinity Catholic.

Junior RB/DB Janoris Jenkins (Florida) caps a 94-yard drive with a 19-yard TD in the 1st quarter. Sheppard then hits junior Kevenski McGee (non-qualifier) with a 26-yard TD pass and then finds junior Martavious Odoms (Michigan) with a 47-yard TD pass to cap a 97-yard drive. The final strike is a 42-yard hookup between Sheppard and McGee to seal the win.

Odoms catches 4 passes for 79 yards while Sheppard goes 13-of-20 for 233 yards. Jenkins rushes for 113 yards.
