Odessa Permian Panthers have the mojo in a 30-3 upset of Euless Trinity.

The Trojans turn it over 5 times and can't recover from the mistakes as Permian dominates the 2nd half, breaking away after leading 10-3 at the half. Jamison Berryhill rushes for 2 TDs, and Taylor Byrd tosses a pair of TDs. Byrd hits Melvis Pride (Sam Houston State) with a 28-yard TD pass in the 3rd quarter for a 17-3 lead, and then puts the game way with a 30-yard TD pass to Brian Nunez in the 4th quarter. Byrd throws for 159 yards and rushes for 99 yards.

Trinity gets 107 yards rushing from Samir Baker (Angelo State), and 82 yards from junior Dontrayevous Robinson (Nebraska/Montana State).
