Portland rallies in the 4th quarter to even the series 2-2 with a 15-6 run to overtake Chicago. After John Paxson's 3-pointer ties it 85-85, the Blazers score the next 6 from the free throw line while Michael Jordan is held scoreless for the last 10 minutes of the game.

Clyde Drexler and Jerome Kersey lead the way for Portland, scoring 21 apiece. Cliff Robinson scores 17 off the bench. Jordan finishes with 32 points despite the late-game shutout. Scottie Pippen is the only other Bull in double figures with 17 points.
