Vikings rally by the Bucs for 20-16 win.

Daunte Culpepper caps the winning drive with an 8-yard TD run w/ 1:03 left to lift Minnesota to its 1st win. Culpepper's score caps a 96-yard drive after Tampa Bay pinned the Vikings deep.

After striking 1st with a FG, the Bucs fell behind and trailed throughout until Warrick Dunn's 6-yard TD run early in the 4th quarter. But Minnesota takes advantaged of a fatigued Tampa Bay defense to put together the long drive to win it.
