New York is down by 17 twice, but rallies and then wins on Morten Andersen's 42-yard FG 7:18 into OT. Kerry Collins throws for 280 yards and 3 TDs, overcoming a pair of early INTs to erase Dallas' lead. Collins' final INT results in a 71-yard return for a TD by Mario Edwards and 24-7 deficit.

However, Collins hits Joe Jurevicius with a 34-yard TD pass, their 2nd scoring connection to cut it to 24-14, and then finds Ike Hillard on a 9-yard TD pass midway through the 4th quarter to tie it up. The Cowboys fast start evaporates as Clint Stoerner throws 4 interceptions, including 3 on consecutive possessions.
