Philadelphia dominates New York with its running game, rolling up 299 yards on the ground. Duce Staley rushes for 126 yards and Donovan McNabb adds 111 yards.

However, despite an overwhelming edge in yardage and possession time, the Eagles manage just a 9-3 lead in the 4th quarter. However, McNabb caps a 99-yard drive with a 40-yard TD run on 3rd down to break the Giants' back.
