The Vikings erase a 6-0 deficit when Frerotte tosses his 1st TD, and then Doug Johnson is called for grounding in the end zone, followed by a FG by Aaron Elling on the ensuing possession to take a 12-6 lead.

Atlanta rallies to go up 20-12, but the Vikings answer with 27 unanswered points, including 2 more on a safety when Bob Whitfield is called for holding in the end zone.
