Miami intercepts Pittsburgh 6 times, including 4 by Dick Anderson in the 1st half, and then stops a big rally with... an interception. Anderson returns 2 INTs for scores, opening a 30-3 lead in the 1st half.

Anderson picks Joe Gilliam and returns it 27 yards for the 1st score. Gilliam goes 0-for-7 with 3 INTs. Curtis Johnson's pick sets up the 1st of 3 FGs by Garo Yepremian. Anderson returns his 3rd INT for a 38-yard TD and 27-0 Miami lead.

Terry Bradshaw replaces Gilliam and helps Pittsburgh rally, with TD passes to Preston Pearson and Barry Pearson. However, the Steelers' final possession in the final minute ends when Jake Scott intercepts Bradshaw to seal the win.
