Giants shutout the Bucs 10-0, handing Tampa Bay its 23rd straight loss.

The Bucs are shutout for the 9th time in the 23 losses after failing to score on any of 6 trips inside the New York 20. Tampa Bay turns it over on downs 3 times, misses 1 FG, has another blocked and turns it over once. The failures offset a 287-to-197 edge in yardage.

The Giants get their lone TD early in the game after a bad snap over punter Dave Green's head gives New York the ball on the 1. Two plays later, Bobby Hammond scores on a 2-yard run. Joe Danelo adds a 43-yard FG in the 2nd quarter.

The two scores, coupled with 6 sacks and 5 turnovers are enough to stall the Bucs' bid for their 1st win.
