Giants rally by the Redskins for 17-6 win, and sweep of Washington.

The Redskins hold onto a 6-0 lead on a pair of FGs by Mark Moseley as Joe Danelo misses 1 FG attempt and has another blocked following an 82-yard connection between Joe Pisarcik and Ed Marshall.

However, the New York defense harrasses Billy Kilmer all game, sacking him 6 times as John Mendenhall and Troy Archer dominate. And the Giants defense eventually sets up a score as Doug Kotar scores on a 17-yard run w/ 4:30 left in the 3rd quarter. After clinging to the narrow lead, New York extends the lead in the 4th quarter when Pisarcik hits Jimmy Robinson for a 23-yard TD pass immediately after Mendenhall forces a fumble by Kilmer that Brian Kelley recovers. Danelo seals the win with a 20-yard FG with 3:23 left in the game.
