Giants stun the Redskins 17-6.

New York jumps out to a 10-0 lead in the 1st quarter and holds off Washington as it struggles on offense. Joe Piscarcik hits just 3-of-10 passes for 111 yards, but one goes 46 yards for a TD to Jimmy Robinson, and he adds a 3-yard TD run in the 2nd quarter for a 17-6 lead.

The Giants' attack fails to generate much, but the Redskins also stagger offensively and turn it over 3 times, managing just 3 FG attempts by Mark Moseley.
