Atlanta sacks David Whitehurst 8 times, forces 3 turnovers and traps Whitehurst for a safety. Tim Mazetti hits 3 FGs, and the Falcons turn field position into points.

Steve Bartkowski hits Alfred Jenkins for a 9-yard TD pass in the 1st quarter, and 2 Mazetti FGs and the safety put Green Bay in a 15-0 hole. Whitehurst hits Barty Smith with an 11-yard TD pass before halftime, but the Packers' 2nd half drives come up short, and the Falcons gradually stretch out their lead.
