Raiders complete remarkable comeback for 42-35 win over the Saints on MNF.

Oakland erases a 35-14 deficit in the 2nd half to douse New Orleans' party. The Saints jump in front 28-7 in the 1st half, and push the lead to 35-14 on a 19-yard INT return by Ken Bordelon early in the 3rd quarter.

However, Ken Stabler rebounds after nearly being replaced, guiding the Raiders on a drive for a 1-yard TD run by Mark van Eeghan in the 3rd quarter. Then Stabler tosses 3 TDs in the 4th quarter, with Cliff Branch making a catch and tight-rope sprint down the sideline for a 66-yard TD to tie the game 35-35 with less than 4 minutes to play, and then they connect on an 8-yard TD pass after a Saints' fumble.

Stabler throws for 295 yards and 4 TDs, with Branch catching 7 passes for 126 yards and 2 TDs. Chuck Muncie rushes for 121 yards and 1 TD for New Orleans but also loses the critical fumble setting up the winning TD.
