Rams crush the Packers 51-21.

Los Angeles jumps in front 44-7 by halftime with 37 points in the 2nd half as the Rams' defense dominates Green Bay. Los Angeles sacks Packer QBs 7 times, force 5 INTs, returning 2 for TDs while sending both QBs to the sidelines.

Leading 17-7, with the Packers threatening, Johnny Johnson picks off Lynn Dickey and returns it 99 yards for a TD, with Dickey suffering back spasms on the play. His replacement Bill Troup is sent to the hospital with a neck injury on a play that results in Rod Perry returning an INT 83 yards for a score.

Dickey returns in the 2nd half but the Packers are unable to make much of a dent in the Rams' 51-7 lead. Vince Ferragamo throws for 202 yards and 3 TDs to lead the Los Angeles attack.
