Dallas rallies with a crazy finish. New Orleans leads 20-13 with the help of a flurry of turnovers by the Cowboys. The Saints are poised to take a 10-point lead as Morten Andersen attempts a 42-yard FG in the 4th quarter, but its blocked and Ron Fellows returns it 62 yards for a potential tying TD. However, Tyrone Young blocks the PAT.

The Cowboys drive inside the New Orleans 20 on the next possession, only to see Dennis Winston pick off Danny White in the end zone and return it to the 6 with 2:07 left. Potential victory turns into defeat when Anthony Dickerson sacks Kenny Stabler in the end zone for a safety.
