Rams rally for 30-27 win over the Saints.

Los Angeles comes up with the key plays late to overcome a 27-21 deficit. After pinning New Orleans deep in the final minutes, the Saints elect to take a safety rather than punt, but then on the 2nd play after the free kick, Vince Ferragamo hits Otis Grant on a 58-yard completion as 2 defenders take themselves out. The big pass sets up Eric Dickerson's 3-yard TD run w/ 1:22 left.

Dickerson rushes for 88 yards and his 1st 3 NFL TDs. New Orleans is able to control much of the game as Los Angeles turns the ball over 5 times, with the Saints capitalizing, and regaining the lead after the Rams briefly take a 21-20 lead. Ken Stabler's 15-yard TD pass to Eugene Goodlow in the 4th quarter puts New Orleans ahead 27-21.
