Raiders clinch the West with a 13-3 win over the Seahawks.

Los Angeles slogs past Seattle, winning despite a ragged performance. The Raiders finally put the game away in the 4th quarter with a 7-yard TD run by Marcus Allen.

Allen rushes for 109 yards, his 8th straight 100-yard game. The Seahawks manage just 201 yards and a 1st quarter FG by Norm Johnson and are eliminating from playoff contention.
