Eagles beat the Raiders 33-27 in OT.

Philadelphia makes the last big play in a game of big plays and twists. Randall Cunningham scores the game-winner on a 1-yard dive after an 81-yard return by Andre Waters after Marcus Allen fumbles as Los Angeles was inching closer for a winning FG attempt. A fumble by Cunningham had given the Raiders the chance in OT and an interception in the final 2 minutes of regulation allowed Chris Bahr to hit a game-tying FG w/ :10 left.

The teams traded punt returns for TDs with Fulton Walker scoring for Los Angeles and Gregg Garrity giving the Eagles a 13-7 lead in the 2nd quarter. Jim Plunkett throws for 366 yards and 2 TDs of 48 and 81 yards to Jessie Hester. Meanwhile, Cunningham connects with Mike Quick for 3 TDs, including a 62-yarder. Quick has 8 catches for 145 yards while Hester has 4 catches for 193 yards before pulling a hamstring in the 4th quarter.

The defenses aren't left out, combining to force 6 turnovers. Los Angeles sacks Cunningham 10 times, and the Eagles sack Plunkett 6 times.
