Tampa Bay wins it on Donald Igwebuike's 38-yard FG as time expires. Green Bay had jumped in front 10-0 before the Bucs rally. Igwebuike had hit a 53-yarder late in the 1st half to tie it 10-10. Meanwhile, Max Zendejas missed 2-of-3 attempts, having one blocked by Eugene Marve.

Tampa Bay had struggled offensively for much of the game, other than 91 yards rushing by James Wilder, but managed to put together a 56-yard drive in the final 4 minutes for the winning kick. Green Bay's offense was limited as well beyond Randy Wright, who bounced back from being benched in the season opener, to hit 22-of-27, including 13 straight in one stretch, for 181 yards and a TD.
