Cowboys rally by Bucs for 14-10 win.

Dallas rides Emmitt Smith to the win. Smith caps a long drive with a 14-yard TD run early in the 4th quarter as the Cowboys answer a go-ahead score by Tampa Bay. Smith rushes for 121 yards.

The Bucs had taken a 13-10 lead when Gary Anderson takes a pass from Vinny Testaverde and races 58 yards for a TD in the 3rd quarter. Anderson has 164 yards combined rushing and receiving.
