Minnesota drops to 1-4 as Detroit rallies from a 10-point deficit to control the 2nd half. The Lions score 24 straight points in the 2nd half to take a 34-20 lead as Bob Gagliano throws 2 TDs and Barry Sanders runs for another.

Sanders rushes for 82 yards and catches 3 passes for 42 yards and 1 TD. Gagliano throws for 299 yards and 3 TDs as Mouse Davis calls for a heavy dose of a journeyman 3rd string QB rather than use a Hall-of-Fame RB, because that's what you do when your only loyalty is to your offensive system.
