Bucs snatch victory from the Eagles 14-13.

Tampa Bay gets 2 TD passes from Chris Chandler in the final 5 minutes for an improbable first win. The Eagles led 13-0 despite little offense and with the benefit of 6 turnovers by the Bucs.

However, Broderick Thomas recovers a fumbled punt snap at the 8, setting up Chandler's 8-yard TD pass to Robert Wilson for the 1st score. After a defensive stop, Tampa Bay takes over at the 45 and Chandler leads a drive for the winning TD on a 5-yard TD pass to Bruce Hill w/ 1:09 left.

Defenses ruled the day with Philadelphia holding Tampa Bay to just 193 total yards, but managing just 171 yards against the Bucs' defense.
