Cobb's 2nd TD run highlights a big 2nd quarter when Tampa Bay breaks a 7-7 tie and opens a 23-7 lead by halftime. After Barry Sanders gives the Lions life with a 5-yard TD run early in the 3rd quarter, Cobb responds with a 59-yard TD run on the next series to gives the Bucs a 30-14 lead.
