Chicago lays claim to sole possession of 1st place in the NFC Central when Kevin Butler nails a 27-yard FG to win it, his 4th of the day. The Bears' ball-control offense rules much of the game but almost back fires when the Cardinals rally, spurred by Keith McCants' returns an INT 46 yards for a TD in the 4th quarter, cutting the deficit to 16-13.

Arizona forces OT with Greg Davis' 47-yard FG with less than a minute left. However, the Cardinals can't manage a consistent attack, while Jeff Graham hauls in 8 catches for a 154 yards, carrying Chicago's move-the-chains approach.
