Rodney Peete hits 25-of-37 for 264 yards and 1 TD putting on a ball possession clinic as the Eagles convert 9-of-14 3rd downs. Fred Barnett catches 7 passes for 105 yards while Calvin Williams adds 7 catches for 79 yards.

After the teams trade touchdowns on the opening possessions, Ricky Watters' 5-yard TD run puts Philadelphia ahead 14-7. Peete adds a 2-yard TD run in the 2nd quarter to push the lead to 21-10. Watters adds a 2nd TD run in the 4th quarter stretching the lead to 28-13.
