Trailing 13-7, Collins hits Pete Metzelaars with a 4-yard TD pass in the 3rd quarter, but John Kasay's PAT fails. Casey Weldon replaces an injured Trent Dilfer and scores the winning TD on a 1-yard run in the 4th quarter.
