Chiefs hold off the Raiders for 29-23 win.

Kansas City survives a 4th quarter rally by Oakland behind backup QB Billy Joe Hobert. Hobert replaces Vince Evans after his 4th turnover results in a 74-yard INT return for a TD by Brian Washington in the 4th quarter to give the Chiefs a 29-10 lead.

Hobert then enters and tosses a pair of TD passes, the 2nd, a 1-yarder to Tim Brown with 1:31 left. However, Kansas City recovers the onside kick attempt and runs out the clock.

Marcus Allen rushes for 124 yards and 1 TD and catches 3 passes for 33 yards, making him the 1st player with 10,000 yards rushing and 5,000 yards receiving.
