Gary Brown rushes for 101 yards, including 45 on the opening drive. Houston's offense stalls as Chris Chandler is knocked from the game. Mark Brunell replaces Steve Beuerlein and provides a brief spark, leading the Jaguars to a FG to cut the lead to 10-3, but Houston's defense stalls any further threats.
