Chicago gets the big defensive play to turn the tide in a game devoid of much offense. Vinson Smith's fumble recovery and 34-yard return to the 1 sets up Raymont Harris' 1-yard TD run in the 3rd quarter to give the Bears the lead.

Fittingly, Tampa Bay's lone TD, a 17-yard TD pass from Trent Dilfer to Dave Moore in the 2nd quarter is set up by Donnie Abraham's INT and return. Harris' 118 yards rushing are the lone positive on either offense.
