New England bounces back from its 1st loss to manhandle Buffalo. The Patriots take advantage of Bills' woes, which including losing QB Todd Collins to a shoulder injury in the 1st half, 4 turnovers and 11 penalties.

Drew Bledsoe tosses the 1st of his 2 TD passes early, and then Adam Vinatieri hits 3 more FGs for a 16-0 halftime lead. The 2nd half is more of the same with another Vinatieri FG, a 26-yard TD run by Curtis Martin, and Bledsoe's 2nd TD pass building a 33-0 lead. Martin finishes with 99 yards rushing.
