Patriots turn away the Jaguars 26-20.

New England converts a pair of turnovers, following a strong opening drive, into a 13-0 lead before Jacksonville can recover. Drew Bledsoe throws for 234 yards and 2 TDs to lead the Patriots.

Bledsoe follows a fumble recovery by Willie McGinest, with a 9-yard TD pass to Troy Brown. After the Jaguars get on the board, New England immediately responds with a drive for a 5-yard TD pass from Bledsoe to Ben Coates just before halftime.
