Jacksonville survives after a Baltimore rally dies with a failed 2-point conversion w/ 1:12 left. The Ravens' offense had awaken and cut a 29-14 deficit to 2 on Eric Zeier's 7-yard TD pass to Eric Green, but Zeier trips over Jonathan Ogden's leg on the 2-point attempt.

Mark Brunell overcomes a Pick-6 INT return by Antonio Langham early in the game to throw for 317 yards and 1 TD. Brunell's 26-yard TD pass to Damon Jones early in the 4th quarter opens a 23-14 lead. Mike Hollis adds 5 FGs.
