Jacksonville converts Tennessee mistakes into a come-from-behind win. The Oilers lead 19-7 in the 1st half before Travis Davis picks off Steve McNair and returns it 34 yards, setting up Mark Brunell's 7-yard TD pass to Keenan McCardell w/ :25 left in the 1st half.

Fred Taylor's 49-yard run sets up his own 1-yard TD run early in the 3rd quarter to give the Jaguars the lead. Tennessee regains the lead, but Mike Hollis answers with 2 FGs for Jacksonville as the Oilers' offense is grounded.

Taylor finishes with 116 yards rushing and 1 TD.
