Washington answers back with Green's 36-yard TD pass to Michael Westbrook. However, an interception and a pair of FGs prevent the Redskins from opening a lead. The Seahawks come back behind Ricky Watters, who rushes for 136 yards and 13-yard TD run that gives them a 17-7 lead in the 3rd quarter.
