Neil O'Donnell hits Carl Pickens for a 25-yard TD pass with :38 left, after appearing to set up a clock-killing spike. O'Donnell's pass caught Pittsburgh flat-footed after he drove the team 68 yards following Norm Johnson's 40-yard FG w/ 1:56 left.

Cincinnati had taken an 18-17 lead on O'Donnell's 30-yard TD pass to Darnay Scott early in the 4th quarter. O'Donnell finishes 20-of-26 for 298 yards and 3 TDs to lead the Bengals.
