Beuerlein and Muhammad connect on a pair of TD passes in the 1st quarter helping Carolina open a 17-3 lead. After San Francisco draws within 24-17 in the 3rd quarter, Beuerlein responds with a 55-yard TD pass to Patrick Jeffers.
