Jacksonville wins it on Mike Hollis' 23-yard FG as time expires after a late exchange of TDs with Denver. A heavy rain and wet field conditions had dominated the 2nd half until Fred Taylor broke loose for a 38-yard TD run w/ 2:35 left.

However, the Broncos quickly responded with a 57-yard TD pass from Brian Griese to Byron Chamberlain with 1:43 to play. Mark Brunell brings the Jaguars back with a 5-play drive highlighted by a 21-yard pass to Damon Jones and a 25-yard pass interference penalty.
