Tennessee ruins Tim Couch's starting debut, sacking the #1 draft choice 7 times and limiting him to a brief stretch of success in the 3rd quarter that results in his 1st TD pass. Meanwhile, Neil O'Donnell fills in for injured Steve McNair and throws for 310 yards and 1 TD.

Couch is 12-of-24 for 134 yards and 1 TD. His 39-yard TD pass to Kevin Johnson draws Cleveland within 19-9, but the Titans answer with a time consuming drive resulting in O'Donnell's 14-yard TD pass to Yancey Thigpen.
