However, Kansas City commits 4 turnovers, 13 penalties and see a last hope fade when Elvis Grbac makes another brain-dead decision and throws a 14 yard pass in traffic with no timeouts left. Grbac tosses 4 INTs, 2 set up San Diego touchdowns.
