Bills smother the Dolphins 23-3.

Buffalo limits Miami to just 6 first downs and 101 total yards to wrap up a sweep of the season meetings. After Steve Christie hits 3 FGs in the 1st quarter, the Dolphins never threaten to make it a game.

The Bills, meanwhile, hammer Miami's defense, rushing for 177 yards with Antowain Smith leading the way with 126 yards. Jonathan Linton gives Buffalo a 16-0 lead in the 2nd quarter on a 4-yard TD run and then Doug Flutie puts the game away with a 53-yard TD pass to Eric Moulds.
