Raiders rally to stun the Jets 24-23.

Oakland erases a 20-3 deficit, overtaking New York on Rich Gannon's 5-yard TD pass to James Jett w/ :26 left. The Raiders were forced to score a TD after John Hall's 43-yard FG gives the Jets a 23-17 lead on the preceding possession.

New York controlled the game thanks to a TD run and TD pass by Rick Mirer and 4 turnovers by Oakland. However, Gannon throws for 352 yards and 2 TDs to rally Oakland.
