Game Notes

Packers weather the Bears, rain, sleet and snow to win 35-19.

Green Bay erases a 10-0 deficit, taking advantage of a strong win in the 2nd quarter to overtake Chicago. DeMond Parker rushes for 113 yards and 2 TDs taking the place of injured starter Dorsey Levens.

Brett Favre hits Bill Schroeder with a 6-yard TD pass, and William Henderson adds a 2-yard TD run before Keith McKenzie returns a fumble by Todd Sauerbun for a 45-yard TD and 21-10 lead.

The Bears draw within 21-19 following a 1-yard TD run by Curtis Enis and a failed 2-point try in the 3rd quarter. But Parker puts the game away from Green Bay with 2 TD runs in the 4th quarter when the Packers have the wind at their backs again.
