Denver recovers from letting a 15-0 lead slip away, forcing OT on Jason Elam's 53-yard FG w/ :07 left in regulation and then win on Olandis Gary's 24-yard TD run. Trevor Pryce strips the ball from Rich Gannon and makes the recovery to set up the winning score.

The Broncos had dominates the 1st half until Oakland swings the momentum in its favor late in the 2nd quarter and takes leads of 18-15 and 21-18 on a pair of FGs by Michael Husted, the later coming w/ just 1:41 left.

Gary finishes with 95 yards rushing.
